I saw your reply on my forum post and I decided to check out your game. Dude, great job! I love how you incorporated dying as a means to progress and using your lives as a sort of currency almost. I've never seen this done before. Controls were a little sharp but it's still a neat little game. When I figured out I could float into obstacles and get otherwise unreachable keys I was like "brilliant!"
Good jam submission! I really liked the dying mechanic. I had actually thought about doing something like that for my own submission but eventually decided against it because I wasn't sure how to implement it (definitely was overthinking on my part). But I think you did it really well!
By the way, I came across a slight bug. The floating platform seems can knock you into the ground where you get stuck if you're standing directly underneath it. The one by the boss, unsure about the other one.
